PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Langsun Carbide uses high quality tungsten carbide powders to manufacture tungsten carbide plates. These powders consist of tungsten powder and carbon powder mixed in a certain proportion to form a homogeneous mixture, adding cobalt powder or other binder for sintering at high temperatures. During the sintering process, the powder particles combine with each other to form a dense tungsten carbide solid. Finally, tungsten carbide plates of the required size and surface finish are obtained through mechanical processing, such as cutting and grinding, or tungsten carbide plate blanks can be provided. Throughout the process Langsun Carbide strictly controls the temperature and atmosphere to ensure the performance and quality of the product.
